Fulfillment
Fulfillment is everything that happens between an order being placed and it arriving: producing the item, quality checking it, packing it, and shipping it with tracking. In print on demand your fulfilment partner does all of it under your brand.
The part sellers underestimate is that fulfilment includes the unboxing. The buyer never sees you; they see a parcel. Packing slips, inserts, and packaging are the whole of your brand experience at the moment it matters most.
Fulfilment location drives delivery time and shipping cost more than any other factor, which is why a provider near your buyers usually beats a cheaper provider far from them.
