Connect BambooHR with your company details
The Printonic team owner enters the company subdomain and a BambooHR access key in Integrations. A BambooHR admin can help create a key with access to the employee fields your program needs.

Check your employee roster
Sync the roster and review names, email addresses and milestone dates. The connection can only read the employee details the BambooHR user behind the key can access.

Set the moment, gift and budget
Create a new-hire, birthday or work-anniversary rule. Choose products and a personal message, allow lead time and set spending caps and approval requirements.

Give each employee a personal invitation
Once the gift is approved and paid, the employee enters their address through a private link and chooses any options left open. Track the send and order in Printonic.

Read the team account guide- A Printonic team owner and your BambooHR company subdomain, such as yourcompany.bamboohr.com.
- A BambooHR access key created by a user who can read the employee fields needed for the program.
- Employee email addresses and relevant milestone dates. Birthday data is only available when the BambooHR user has access.
The roster refreshes periodically, with a default interval of six hours and a manual sync available. Date-based gift rules are checked hourly. Build in time for address confirmation, production and shipping.

What do I need to connect BambooHR?
The Printonic team owner enters your BambooHR company subdomain and an access key. The key should belong to a BambooHR user who can read the employee details and dates your gifting program needs.
Can we automate employee birthday gifts?
Yes, when birthday month and day are available to the connection. Choose a birthday rule, the gift and message, lead time, spending caps and approval mode. Review your roster first so missing dates do not leave people out.
Does every gift have to be sent automatically?
No. Rules can hold gifts for approval. A team owner can also allow payment from the team balance within a rule’s budget. You can pause a rule and continue sending individual team orders whenever needed.
