For Teams
Printonic for Teams: samples, team orders and recipient addresses
How a company orders gifts for a team: request a sample kit, start a team order, what happens between approval and delivery, and how address collection will work.
Printonic for Teams is the corporate side of Printonic: welcome kits, milestone gifts and client thank-yous, personalized for every recipient, made in our own workshop in Chatsworth, California, and shipped in about two days. This guide walks through the whole path, from a first sample to a delivered team order.
You do not need to know anything about how Printonic works for online sellers. Everything below uses the Teams pages at printonic.com/teams.

printonic.com/teams > Request a sample kit
Request a sample kit
Pick the budget tier you are looking at (up to $25, $50, $100 or $150 per recipient), tell us your company, headcount range and the date you have in mind, and send the form. You get a confirmation email right away.
We reply within one business day to confirm the kit and the address it should go to. The sample itself ships within two business days of that confirmation. - 2
Your desk
Check the sample like a recipient would
Open the box the way an employee or client would. Look at print quality, the personalization on each piece, the packing, and the card. Tell us what to change: a different mix of pieces, your logo placement, a note from your CEO, a different color.
Every piece in a sample is made to order, exactly like the real run. What you hold is what your team will hold. - 3
printonic.com/teams > Start a team order
Start a team order
Create your team account and give us the three things a team order needs: the headcount, the budget per recipient (or the kit you chose), and the date the gifts should arrive. Add the personalization you want on each piece: names, roles, a message.
Prefer to talk it through first? Say so in the sample request and we set the order up with you. - 4
Your email and your team account
Approve the proof
Before anything is printed you get a digital proof of every personalized piece. Approve it, or ask for changes. Nothing goes into production until you say so.
Need an invoice, a purchase order number on it, or a specific payment method? Tell us at this step and we set it up for your finance team. - 5

We make, pack and ship
Each recipient gets their own parcel with everything in it, shipped to the address you gave us: an office, or each person's home. You receive tracking for every parcel and one invoice for the order.
Most orders ship in about two days. Across the last month, 99.7% of orders shipped, with a median of 35 hours from paid to shipped. If an order ever sits for more than two business days without starting, our team is paged automatically. - 6
Your team account
Collecting recipient addresses (coming)
For gifts going to home addresses you will be able to send each recipient a private link where they enter their own address and pick options like a size. Their addresses are stored only for that order and never shown to the rest of the team. Until that link ships, send us a spreadsheet of addresses or ask us to collect them for you.
This is being built separately and will appear in your team account when ready; we do not promise a date here.
Good to know
- Give us the arrival date, not the ship date. We plan production backwards from the day the gifts should land.
- A personal line on the card (a name, a role, a sentence from a manager) is what people keep. It costs nothing extra.
- Ship to homes for remote teams and to one office for everyone else; you can mix both in one order.
- Order early for December. Year-end is the busiest season for everyone, including carriers.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. One welcome kit or a thousand year-end gifts, every order is made to order.
Can we put our logo on everything?
Yes. Send a logo file once and we apply it across the kit, and still personalize each piece to the person receiving it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Team orders ship to US addresses today. Ask about international recipients in your request and we will tell you what is possible for your order.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us and we remake it. Issues are answered within 48 hours and a replacement is made in our own workshop, not brokered out.
Can our AI assistant place the order?
Yes. Printonic connects to Claude and ChatGPT, so an assistant can build and place a team order for you. Anything consequential, like paying or shipping, waits for your approval.
