The whole request is one slash command and a short form. Colleagues never need a Printonic login to ask for a gift, and previews and approval cards arrive in their private conversation with the Printonic app.
Every gift requested in chat goes to your team’s approval tray. An owner or approver sees the actual total and confirms it before payment, using the same budgets and controls as the dashboard.
Colleagues link their Slack identity to Printonic with a single-use code that expires in ten minutes, so every request is attributed to a real member of your team.
A team owner or approver opens Integrations in Printonic, finds Slack and clicks Connect Slack. A Slack workspace admin approves the install once for the whole workspace.
Each colleague clicks Generate my link code on the same Integrations page, then types /printonic link CODE in Slack. The code works once and expires in ten minutes.
