The promise
Two hundred crewnecks across six sizes, kitted with a mug and a notebook, to the booth or the show's advance warehouse. Mixed sizes go in one grid, every attendee's pieces are assembled into one kit, and the label carries the show name, booth and attention line. Production is placed inside the venue's delivery window.

Show name on the company line, booth number and attention line on the second address line. The full values ride on the order too, for the paperwork.
Convention centers refuse deliveries before move-in. We hold production so the parcel cannot arrive before the window opens and set a hard ship-by date so it cannot arrive after it closes.
We plan for the latest safe ship date, tell you the parcel may land a little early, and suggest the show's advance warehouse. Ask the venue for its dates; most publish them in the exhibitor kit.
Rush production ships within one business day of approval on the express carrier tier. It costs a percentage of the product subtotal with a minimum per order, shown before you pay, and it is escalated to a person after 24 business hours without progress.
