Printonic is a gift-on-demand fulfillment platform that prints, packs, and ships personalized gifts, curated gift sets, and custom products for Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce sellers and for company teams.
What Printonic does
Print-on-demand fulfillment for online stores
Sellers connect their Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce store, put their designs on products from our catalog and publish listings. When a buyer orders, the order syncs to Printonic automatically, we print, pack and ship it under the seller's brand, and tracking goes back to the store. The seller holds no inventory and pays nothing until something sells.
Curated gift sets
Beyond single products, sellers can build and sell multi-item gift sets, such as a candle, a mug and a card packed together in one box. We carry 29 ready-made gift sets, and Pro members can design their own with the Custom Gift Set Builder. Gift sets sell at a higher order value than a single printed item.
Buyer personalization
Buyers can add names, dates, photos, fonts and colors to a product at checkout, including on Etsy listings. The answers travel with the order to our production floor, where the personalized design is rendered and printed automatically. Sellers never retype a name by hand.
Printonic for Teams (corporate gifting)
Companies use Printonic for Teams to send branded welcome kits, work anniversary gifts and client gifts, with no minimum order. It connects to HubSpot and BambooHR, and every recipient gets their own tracking number. Approved teams can pay by invoice. Learn more

Printify connects sellers to a network of independent print providers, so quality and speed vary with the provider that makes the order. Printonic prints, packs and ships every order from its own production floor in Chatsworth, California. When an item needs remaking, our own team remakes it.

No monthly fee, no contract
Printonic costs $0 a month, with no per-order platform fee and no minimum order. You pay the product and shipping cost only when an order comes in. Printonic Pro is optional at $29.99 a month, month to month, and can be cancelled at any time.
Ready for AI agents
Printonic runs a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can browse the catalog, create products and place orders for a seller. Any account can create a free seller key. Pro adds unlimited drafts and 100 mockups a month.

Why we started Printonic
We started Printonic because the best gifts aren't found, they're made. Print-on-demand already let anyone sell a printed t-shirt, but gifts need more: personalization, several items in one box, and packaging you'd be proud to hand someone. So we built a platform around gifts and a production floor to make them.
Who makes your orders
Printonic, LLC runs product, engineering and support alongside an in-house production team that prints, packs and ships every order from Chatsworth, California. Support comes from our US-based team, not an outsourced call center.
How Printonic works
Onboarding
Create a free account, connect your store and order a sample to check print quality, colors and packaging. Pro members get $7.50 off each of their first three samples. Moving from another provider? Email migration@printonic.com and we'll help map your products.
Turnaround time
Most items are produced in 24 to 72 business hours. US delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after production. We ship to 200+ destinations, and international delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
Communication channels
Reach us through the chat in your dashboard or by email at support@printonic.com. The chat assistant answers order status questions immediately, around the clock. Ask for a person and someone from the Printonic team takes over.
Response times
We usually answer email within a few hours. Printonic for Teams customers get a reply from a person within one business day (Monday to Friday, Pacific time), and every issue request is due a decision within 48 hours of filing.

Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll reprint it, replace it or credit you. Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind.
