How do I connect my TikTok shop to Printonic?
Two ways. From Printonic: create a free account, open Stores, choose TikTok Shop and approve the connection. From TikTok: find Printonic in the TikTok Shop app store in Seller Center, install it, then sign in to Printonic (or create an account) and confirm the shop.
Which TikTok shops can connect?
TikTok Shop US shops. Shops in other countries cannot connect yet.
How do TikTok Shop orders reach Printonic?
Printonic checks your shop every hour and imports new orders for products you published through Printonic. You do not copy orders by hand. If a buyer cancels on TikTok before we ship, the order is cancelled in Printonic too.
Does Printonic work with TikTok Shipping?
Yes. When an order uses TikTok Shipping, we ship it on the prepaid label TikTok provides. When an order uses seller shipping, we ship it on our own label. Either way, the tracking number goes back to TikTok on its own.
What if a buyer orders my Printonic product and something I ship myself?
We split the TikTok order so we ship only the items we make. You ship your own items as usual, and TikTok shows the buyer each package separately.
What does it cost?
Connecting TikTok Shop is free, with no monthly fee. You pay the product cost when an order is made. TikTok's own seller fees still apply. Printonic Pro ($29.99 a month) is optional and adds the gift set builder, Printonic AI and 10% off products.
How fast do TikTok Shop orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our production floor in California. US delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after that.
Can I sell gift sets on TikTok Shop?
Yes. With Printonic Pro, build a gift set in the gift set builder and publish it to TikTok Shop as one listing. We make every item, pack the set together and ship it as one package.
