Production usually takes about 2 to 3 business days. In the weeks before Christmas it can take longer, so order by the safe date when you can. Every date on this page is in Pacific Time.

Last realistic date
Tight order by
The last realistic day to order. It is the ship-by date minus 3 business days, and it cuts it close. A slower production day can miss the carrier's ship-by date.
Carrier deadline
Ship by
The last day the carrier needs the parcel in order to deliver it before Christmas. Production has to finish before this date.

These are the shipping methods you can choose on a United States order. Standard is DHL SmartMail Parcel Expedited for parcels under 1 lb, and DHL SmartMail Parcel Plus Expedited from 1 lb. Both use the same dates. UPS 2nd Day Air is the express upgrade.

These dates are for arrival before Christmas. An order placed after the cutoff is still produced and shipped. It is not guaranteed to arrive by Friday, December 25, 2026. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delays are outside our control. Dates are in Pacific Time.
